This 6" suspension system for the 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 4wd model is designed around 9-leaf full height front leaf springs. These springs are built to maintain the heavy-duty nature of the vehicle while also providing a comfortable ride. The low spring arch improves the ride, and the progressive nature of the leafs means that they hold up to added weight without sagging. The system includes a dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket for improved steering, bump stop relocation brackets to prevent the suspension from compressing too far, and Nitro shocks to keep the ride smooth and controlled. For the 2000-2004 models, the factory sway bar is retained, while for 1999 models, new sway bar links are provided. In the rear, full-height 5" blocks replace the factory components, and add-a-leafs help to achieve a level ride stance.
